Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Karma Ayurveda Wellness Retreat, we value the time and trust you place in us. We understand that sometimes plans may change, and we aim to make the cancellation and refund process as transparent and fair as possible.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the receipt of the required advance payment.

The balance amount (if any) must be settled as per the agreed timeline before arrival.

2. Cancellation by Guest

If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing (via email) as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges will apply:

• 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund (after deducting 10% transaction/administrative fee).
• 15-29 days before arrival: 30% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• 7 or less days before arrival or No-Show: No refund will be provided.

Please note that refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving your cancellation request.

3. Rescheduling / Date Change

We understand that travel plans may change. You may request to reschedule your stay once without any extra charge if informed at least 15 days prior to your arrival date.

Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability and applicable seasonal rates.

Any subsequent change requests may incur additional charges.

4. Early Departure / Shortened Stay

Once the program has started, no refund or credit will be provided for unused nights, treatments, or services due to early departure or personal choice.

5. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment. Bank or transaction charges (if any) will be borne by the guest.
